These terms apply to apps, watch faces and services, including subscription services such as WristVoice AI, supplied by Robert Szabo, a sole trader trading as Vainqueur Studio (“Vainqueur Studio”, “we” or “us”). 1. Who supplies the product and handles your purchase Vainqueur Studio develops and licenses its products and provides product support. Paid offers may use Garmin Connect IQ, KiezelPay or Polar. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to apps, watch faces and subscription services supplied by Robert Szabo trading as Vainqueur Studio . For billing, cancellation and refunds, follow the instructions for the checkout where you paid. Your order confirmation identifies the purchase and who to contact. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. The refund windows below describe each provider’s standard process. You may have additional rights under applicable consumer law. 1. Purchases made directly in the Garmin Connect IQ Store Garmin accepts standard refund requests within 48 hours of purchase. In the Connect IQ app, open your profile, choose Purchase History , select the purchase and choose Report a Problem , then Request a Refund . See Garmin’s purchase and refund instructions . Who is responsible WristVoice AI is operated by Robert Szabo trading as Vainqueur Studio . For privacy questions or to exercise your data protection rights, email vainqueur.studio@outlook.com . 2. What WristVoice AI processes Routine app requests use app-specific identifiers for access and usage accounting. The app does not ask for your name, email address or payment card details to answer a request. Device and subscription IDs can still be personal data if they can be linked to an individual. Your recording or question can also contain personal information you choose to share. Your recorded voice is sent for transcription. Your subscription WristVoice AI provides personal, interactive AI assistance. Before subscribing, check the total price, billing interval, renewal terms and usage limits for your selected plan. Voice recordings are limited to 10 seconds per request . Answers are designed to be brief. 2. Fair usage Use WristVoice AI within the limits of your plan. The following activities breach this policy: Making automated, scripted or unattended requests without our permission. Sharing or reselling access, or using one subscription to provide a service to other users. Bypassing payment, recording limits, rate limits, trial restrictions or other access controls. Location and weather requests RainWind120 uses your device’s GPS location to request local weather forecasts. When GPS is unavailable, it may use an available weather-observation location or a previously saved location. Your coordinates and personal OpenWeather API key are sent to OpenWeather over HTTPS to obtain forecasts and weather warnings.
