Privacy Policy — Garmin Apps and Watch Faces Using KiezelPay

Effective date: 2 November 2026

This policy applies to our Garmin Connect IQ apps and watch faces that use KiezelPay for payment and licence verification, including RainWind, GlobalFace, holiday-themed watch faces, Heritage, and any other product whose Connect IQ Store listing links to this policy.

Our apps and your information

We do not collect, receive or retain personal information through these products, except for the third-party payment and licensing processing described below.

Our products do not send us health or activity data, location, contacts, or information displayed on your watch. We do not operate an analytics or advertising service within these products.

Where a product displays information available on your Garmin device, it processes that information locally. App preferences and settings may be stored on your watch and managed through Garmin’s settings services. These functions do not send that information to us.

KiezelPay payments and licensing

These products use KiezelPay to manage trials, purchases, activation and licence verification. The licensing integration communicates with KiezelPay and may transmit device or installation identifiers, product identifiers and information needed to establish licence status.

If you make a purchase, KiezelPay and its payment providers process the information you submit during checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

KiezelPay’s collection, use, retention and disclosure of information are governed by its own privacy policy.
